On Thursday, Riz speaks with the premier of South Africa’s Capetown province about multiculturalism, the historical legacy of Apartheid and the future of the Rainbow Nation.
A member of the ruling African National Congress party, Ebrahim Rasool was detained without charge during the Apartheid era for his opposition activities.
Today, he is one of the top Muslim officials serving in the government of President Thabo Mbeki.
