On Monday, Riz Khan talks to legendary American photographer David Montgomery.

From royals, to celebs to prime ministers, Montgomery has documented the people who have helped to define modern culture and history.

Originally born in Brooklyn, New York Montgomery left his home to ‘visit’ London and ended up staying for more than 40 years.

We ask this American come Brit, what it is like shooting some of the world’s most famous faces and why his real passion still lies in photographing simple, beautiful objects.
