In February 2003, Colin Powell, the former US secretary of state, stood before the United Nations Security Council to present a case for war against Iraq.
Critics claimed the presentation was weak, inaccurate and fraudulent.
However, despite those nagging doubts Powell believed in the information given to him.
Was Colin Powell misled into believing the evidence?
