Al Jazeera correspondent Phil Lavelle is a self-diagnosed digital addict . As part of his journey towards recovery he visited Camp Grounded - a digital detox summercamp for adults in the Californian countryside.
Camp Grounded's rules include: no talking about work, no digital technology, and no time-keeping, among others.
