Camp Grounded: An analogue adventure

Correspondent Phil Lavelle breaks away from his digital addiction at a summer camp for adults in California.

Al Jazeera correspondent Phil Lavelle is a self-diagnosed digital addict . As part of his journey towards recovery he visited Camp Grounded – a digital detox summercamp for adults in the Californian countryside.

Camp Grounded’s rules include: no talking about work, no digital technology, and no time-keeping, among others.
