Watch part two

Just three years after a ceasefire ended a decade-long civil war, Nepal is facing the greatest threat to its hard-earned peace.

Law and order is breaking down and the economy is struggling.

Meanwhile, 19,000 ex-Maoist combatants remain in UN-monitored camps, with efforts to integrate them into the national army stalled.

And with the recent resignation of the Maoist leader Prachanda as prime minister, a new government faces the challenges of holding together a diverse coalition and formulating a new constitution by May 2010.

In this edition of 101 East, we speak with the new prime minister, Madhav Kumar Nepal, and ask if Nepal's fragile peace process is coming to an end.
