Air strike damages hospital in Aleppo

At least 40 people reportedly killed after air force jets bomb al-Shaar district in the northern Syrian city.

Activists say that at least 40 people have been killed after fighter jets bombed Aleppo’s  al-Shaar district, badly damaging a hospital.

The victims included a doctor who was in the middle of surgery.

Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports.
