Video: Qatar oil a boost to health?

Thanks to its gas and oil wealth, the tiny Gulf nation of Qatar has one of the most comprehensive welfare systems in the world. 

Qataris make up just a fifth of the country’s 1.5 million-strong population, with one of the highest per capita incomes in the world.

But do all these benefits translate into a healthier population?
