Iraq marks 'Sovereignty Day' as US pulls back  

It is "Sovereignty Day" in Iraq, a national holiday to mark the handover of security from US troops to Iraqi forces.

The American pullback is cause for celebration for many Iraqis.

But critics say Iraq's security units are not ready to do the job themselves.
