Kuwait votes for women and change  
 

Women have made history in Kuwait by winning four seats in the male-dominated parliament.

It was the third election held in the Gulf nation in four years, but there are hopes that it will finally resolve the political deadlock between parliament and the cabinet appointed by the ruling family.
