Report says a third of Britain's population could belong to an ethnic minority by the middle of the century.

    A new report has been released, predicting that almost a third of Britain's population could belong to an ethnic minority - by the middle of the century.

    The research from Policy Exchange, a think tank, comes with a warning for politicians.
