'Space pictures' on a budget
Amateur photographer using $75 camera and balloon catches Nasa's interest.

The worlds' most powerful nations have spent billions of dollars getting into space.

But a man in northern England has done the same thing - for just a few hundred dollars.

The amateur photographer has captured breathtaking pictures of the earth from high in the atmosphere using a $75 camera attached to a weather balloon.

Andrew Potter reports.
