At least 18 people killed after two commuter trains collide head-on near Brussels.

    At least 18 people have been killed after two commuter trains collided head-on just outside Brussels, the Belgian capital.

    Doctors at the crash site reportedly had to carry out amputations to free people trapped by the wreckage.
