Recession 'encouraging human rights abuses'  
 

Human-rights abuses are being encouraged by the global recession, Amnesty International says.

The rights group believes that as world leaders focus on reviving the economy, they are neglecting deadly conflicts and social rights.
And the G20 member nations are being singled out for blame.
