Ossetian troops accused of rights abuses  

The Council of Europe has said that any human rights abuses perpetrated in the war between Georgia and Russia must not go unpunished.

Both Russian and Georgian forces have been accused of human rights violations in the conflict over Georgia's breakaway regions.

Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports on the reservists in North Ossetia, inside Russia, who have come under particular scrutiny.
