Thai protesters retreat in fear of more violence  
 

After three weeks outside the prime minister's office, anti-government protesters have ended their sit-in over fears of more violence.

At least two people were killed and more than 100 injured in protests on Monday.

Abhisit Vejjajiva, the prime minister, has resisted calls for him to step down
