Taliban in control of Pakistan's Swat valley  
 

Despite the presence of thousands of troops, the Taliban remains firmly in control of Swat in Pakistan's northwest. Policemen have been beheaded in the streets, men lashed and schools burnt down under Taliban justice.

Al Jazeera's Kamal Hyder travelled to the valley from where he sent this exclusive report.
