India's luxury malls face uncertain future amid global downturn  
 

Indian shopping centres housing brand-name shops such as Dior and Burberry opened recently, to cater for the country's growing class of nouveau riche.

But, as Matt Mclure reports, they are now facing an uncertain future as the Indian rupee depreciates and the economy slows.
