Surf's up in S Korea despite gnarly weather

Growing number of surfing enthusiasts take to the waves despite freezing conditions.

In South Korea, it has been a cold and snowy winter, but for a growing number of hardy enthusiasts it is the perfect time to surf.

The season brings with it decent swell for wave-riders to man up, suit up, and go surfing.
