Toyota announces fresh recall

World's top Japanese car maker says latest move includes flagship Prius model.

Toyota, the world's top car maker, has announced a new worldwide recall of more than 400,000 of its hybrid vehicles.

Most are the latest model of the Prius, Toyota's flagship "green" car.
