A lavish Christian ceremony has been held in the South Pacific island nation of Tonga to celebrate the coronation of king George Tupou the fifth, the first such event in more than 40 years.
The $3m ceremony, held on Friday, has generated controversy on the impoverished island, especially among pro-democracy campaigners.
