Cuba relaxes foreign vehicle purchase rules

While Cuba has lifted some restrictions, owning a foreign car is a dream still out of reach for many.

    Cuba has relaxed the rules for locals wanting to buy foreign cars. It is still an unattainable dream for most of its citizens though.
