Women struggle in Haiti aftermath
Some of country's most vulnerable cannot get the food or medical services they need.

While aid distribution in the aftermath of Haiti's devastating earthquake has improved, many are still fighting to survive and some of the most vulnerable are pregnant women.

Haiti already had the worst maternal mortality rate in the Western hemisphere and now, with the country's hospitals in ruins, pregnant women face even more dangers.

Al Jazeera's Teresa Bo reports on their struggle from Cite Soleil.
