Mexican 'drug lord' held

Police claim victory in drug war as they make second major arrest of alleged trafficker in a month.

    Mexican authorities have said they captured one of the country's most wanted drug traffickers, their second major arrest in weeks.

    Anti-drug officers had been tracking Teodoro Garcia Simental for more than six months, with help from US drug enforcement agents.

    Al Jazeera's Franc Contreras reports from Mexico.
