Venezuelan leader calls on citizens to conserve water resources.

    With the country's reservoirs running low, Venezuela's president has branded jacuzzis a crime against communism and called on his countrymen to cut back on showers.

    Hugo Chavez says that he can wash in three minutes and that singing at the same time leads to waste.
