Few resources on hand for care to disabled children in Caribbean nation.

Haiti is one of the the poorest countries in the world. One out of eight children there dies before reaching the age of five.

Disabled children, abandoned by their parents and left to fend for themselves, are especially vulnerable within a system that has few resources to deal with those in need.

Teresa Bo reports from Port-au-Prince.
