Map: Drought forces mass migration

Millions of East Africans seek refuge and food as drought continues to blight region.

Ten million people are in urgent need of aid in East Africa as the region suffers its worst drought in half a century.

Hundreds of thousands of people have left their homes, many walking for days in search of food and water.

This map shows the movement of people as they migrate towards finding better living conditions, along with refugee camps throughout the region.
