Ghanaians go to polls amid poverty concerns  
 

Ghanaians are voting in their fifth and most hotly contested general election which has attracted eight presidential candidates. Ghana has been a functioning democracy for some years, its economy is growing and poverty has been reduced.

But many people say they are not seeing the benefits and want change although the two main political parties' policies are almost similar. Al Jazeera's Ama Boateng reports.
