Supporters of Omar al-Bashir, the Sudanese president, have voice their opposition to the move by the International Criminal Court’s prosecutor to charge him with war crimes.
If a warrant is issued, the president will be liable to arrest if he visits any of the 106 states that signed the treaty establishing the court.
