Kashmir violence: Tension soar along India-Pakistan border
India and Pakistan regularly exchange fire over the Line of Control, but recent fighting has extended to the border of India-administered Kashmir and Pakistan itself.
At least 13 civilians are among the 22 killed during nearly a week of cross-border violence in the disputed Kashmir region.
It’s a flare-up in tensions that have been simmering for years, and it is threatening a fragile ceasefire.
