Eighth round of Syria talks ends without progress

The UN special envoy for Syria has described the latest round of Geneva talks as a missed opportunity.

Staffan De Mistura blames the Syrian government negotiators for the failure of the eighth round of political talks.

The government is accusing the opposition instead.
