Brexit deal stalls over Ireland border dispute

Britain and the European Union say they are confident of reaching an agreement on Brexit withdrawal terms, despite no deal being announced on Monday.

Among the major issues yet to be agreed is what the border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will look like.
