Syrians frustrated with failing Geneva peace talks

Russia is denying responsibility for the deaths of civilians after it conducted a series of air raids aimed at opposition-held areas in Syria over the weekend.

This comes as the latest round of UN-backed talks in Geneva have been delayed, because the Syrian government members have postponed their trip there.
