Obama and Bush deliver implicit rebukes to Trump

Former US Presidents Barack Obama and George W Bush appear to have taken aim at President Donald Trump in speeches lamenting the current political climate.

Although neither directly referred to Trump by name, many interpreted the comments as implicit rebukes to the current president of the United States.
