UN chief calls to disarm armed groups in Central African Republic

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is calling for militia groups to put down their weapons in violence-plagued Central African Republic.

Guterres is visiting the troubled nation where Muslims in a neighbourhood in the capital Bangui are too scared to leave their enclave.
