Heavy rain and landslides in Pakistan, and the Indian-administered and Pakistan-administered parts of Kashmir have led to severe flooding in the South Asian regions.

The death toll in both Kashmir and Pakistan's Punjab and Gilgit areas has now reached 320. Indian-administered Kashmir is experiencing the worst floods in five decades, where more than 160 people have died.

The army and air force in India and Pakistan are working to rescue thousands who are stranded and have been left homeless, with hundreds of villages completely submerged.
