According to the International Labour Organisation, the Middle East is suffering some of the highest jobless rates in the world.
In Jordan, unemployment is thought to be as high as 30 per cent, although offical data puts it at just over 12 per cent for the first three months of this year, as Nisreen El Shamayleh reports from Amman.
