Sleeping rough in Paris: Homeless numbers on the rise

In July, French President Emmanuel Macron said he wanted to end homelessness in his country by the end of the year.

But humanitarian groups say the problem is getting worse. In Paris alone 30,000 people are still sleeping rough.
