Human rights activists are demanding Australia immediately resolve worsening conditions at the Manus Island prison camp.
Protesters have taken to the streets of Melbourne to demand that the Australian government move hundreds of refugees from the Manus Island camp to mainland Australia.
They are joined in this demand by human rights activists who are also calling on world leaders to pressure the Australian government, which has refused the relocation so far.
They said the camp's closure 10 days ago has left refugees without fresh water, food or power.
