US news organisations are reporting that first charges have been laid in the investigation into alleged Russian meddling in last year's election campaign.
A federal grand jury led by Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been hearing evidence.
What the charges are, or who they are against, have not yet been made public.
But the list of individuals being investigated includes some of Trump's campaign and cabinet members, as well as some of his family members.
